30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned: stickers and air fresheners, perishable goods, custom/personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

  • Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

European Union Customers

  • If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

Refunds

  • We will inspect returned items and notify you once a refund is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
