Certain offerings are services rather than physical products, including fabrication, welding, repair, and other custom work, and are subject to additional terms outlined below.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm and process payment. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order is confirmed. Orders are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

For service-based offerings, submitting an inquiry or placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the work.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, travel, materials, and handling (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All charges are your responsibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times for physical products are estimates. SPOON860 is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Once products are with the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Custom Services may involve customer-shipped items or return shipping after completion. SPOON860 is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss during transit. Shipping costs and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Fabrication, Welding, and Custom Services

Certain Services offered by SPOON860 include fabrication, welding, and other custom automotive work (“Custom Services”). Custom Services may be performed in person, at a customer’s location, or on items shipped to SPOON860, depending on the nature of the work and prior approval.

Inquiries, Estimates, and Approval

All Custom Services require submission of an inquiry form and review prior to acceptance. Any estimates provided are non-binding and based on information available at the time of review. Final scope, pricing, materials, and timelines may change after inspection or once work begins.

SPOON860 reserves the right to decline any Custom Service request at its sole discretion.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits may be required to schedule Custom Services, reserve time, confirm travel, or order materials. Deposits are non-refundable once work is approved, scheduled, or materials are ordered.

Additional labor, materials, travel expenses, or modifications beyond the original estimate will be billed separately. Final payment is required prior to vehicle release, item shipment, or completion of travel-based services.

Materials and Parts

Unless explicitly agreed to in writing:

  • Customers are responsible for supplying all required parts and materials, or

  • SPOON860 may source materials on the customer’s behalf at additional cost.

SPOON860 is not responsible for delays, defects, failures, or fitment issues caused by customer-supplied parts or materials.

Travel Services

SPOON860 may agree to perform Custom Services at a customer’s location. Travel-based services are subject to additional costs, which may include mileage, fuel, lodging, meals, travel time, and transportation of tools or equipment.

All travel expenses must be approved in advance and may be required to be paid prior to scheduling. Travel-related deposits are non-refundable once arrangements are made.

SPOON860 is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to weather, unsafe conditions, access restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipped Items

Customers may ship items to SPOON860 for Custom Services if approved in advance. Customers are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping costs, packaging, insurance, and carrier selection. Risk of loss remains with the customer while items are in transit.

Return shipping will not occur until full payment is received.

Scheduling, Delays, and Storage

Appointment dates and completion timelines are estimates only and not guarantees. Vehicles or items may be required to remain onsite beyond the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen conditions or technical complexity.

Custom Work Disclaimer

Custom fabrication and welding involve inherent variability. By approving Custom Services, you acknowledge that:

  • Results may vary from concepts or references

  • Adjustments may be required during fabrication

  • Cosmetic imperfections may occur

  • Custom Services are non-refundable once work has begun

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that fabrication, welding, and mechanical work involve inherent risks. SPOON860 is not responsible for damage or failure resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, prior workmanship, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including trademarks, logos, images, and designs, is owned by SPOON860 or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may include third-party tools or links. We do not control or endorse these tools and are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

9. Shopify Relationship

SPOON860 is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with SPOON860. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions, products, services, or disputes. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your use of our Services.
