Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for orders to ship (excluding pre-orders, Mondays, and some weekends).

  • Pre-orders take 1–2 weeks to process after the preorder period ends and will be shipped out as soon as possible.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipment email.

  • The shipment email means your order has been printed, a tracking number has been assigned, and it is ready for carrier pickup. It does not mean the package has been picked up by the carrier yet.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If a return is requested, we will provide a return shipping label. Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected.

  • Missing or damaged items may be deducted from your refund.


International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.

  • By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.

  • If duties/fees are not paid, the package is unclaimed, or it is returned due to an undeliverable address:

    • You will be refunded for the purchased items only (shipping is non-refundable).

    • International orders cannot be canceled after shipping.

  • Please ensure your size and order details are correct before placing an international order.
